<p>A rotating electric machine is provided. Radial cooling air passages of an iron core can be formed without use of partition pieces, and the iron core of a rotor can be manufactured by using one kind of steel plates. The steel plate (2) forming the iron core is provided with a central opening (23) for allowing a rotating shaft to insert into; through holes (29) for a plurality of permanent magnets; central flowing holes (24) for allowing a cooling liquid to flow in the axial direction; a plurality of inner grooves (25) communicated with the central flowing holes (24), stretching towards the outer side in the radial direction, and arranged in a space manner at a ruled central angle; and a plurality of outer grooves (27) extending from the periphery of the steel plate (20) toward the inner side in the radial direction to the midway, and arranged at the central angle positions adjacent to two inner side grooves (25). Two adjacent and laminated steel plates (20) are arranged at staggered angles, and the inner side groove (25) of one steel plate (20) is communicated at the midway position in the radial direction with the outer side groove (27) of the other steel plate (20).</p> |
