<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a block for a roadway and a sidewalk by a dry process. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a block for a roadway and a sidewalk using blast-furnace slag powder comprises: a step of forming a base layer by filling a base layer mixture in a mold and primarily vibration-pressing; a step of preparing a binder mixed with 2-3 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), with respect to 100 parts by weight of blast-furnace slag powder having a fineness of 3,000-6,000 cm^2/g, and preparing a surface layer mixture by mixing 410-420 parts by weight of an aggregate, 25 or less parts by weight of water (excluding 0), and 0.1-3.0 parts by weight of a pigment in the binder, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder; a step of forming a molded article by forming a surface layer by filling the surface layer mixture in an upper portion of the base layer and secondarily vibration-pressing, wherein a curved portion having a radius of 580-660 mm is formed in the top surface edge of the surface layer; and a finishing step of hardening the molded article while promoting the latent hydraulic reaction of blast-furnace slag powder by thermally treating the molded article at temperatures of 50-65°C for 12-24 hours and processing the surface of the hardened molded article.</p> |
