The present invention relates to a differential amplifier and, more specifically, to a device and a method to correct an offset of a differential amplifier, capable of minimizing a deviation by compensating for a DC offset voltage in regard to a differential analogue signal amplifier using a resistance feedback structure. The present invention includes a differential amplifier amplifying a common DC voltage, inputted through first and second resistances, at a set amplification rate and then outputting the voltage; a comparator determining whether there is an offset or not by comparing voltages, outputted from both output terminals of the differential amplifier; a control part correcting the offset through a switching part when the comparator detects the offset; and the switching part connected to an input terminal of the differential amplifier, and correcting the offset by adjusting the asymmetry of the input terminal of the differential amplifier according to the control of the control part. |
