PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensitivity of an optical mouse, transparence of a surface layer and color tone. ! SOLUTION: Transparent micro hollow balls 1b whose particle sizes are 20-40 μm which are dispersed and disposed on transparent synthetic resin 1a and a luminous pigment 1c whose size is 15-30 μm are partially overlapped in a thickness direction of a surface layer 1, and according to degree of overlapping of them, the particles of the luminous pigment 1c have density difference. An irregular pattern caused by the density difference of the luminous pigment 1c is detected by an optical mouse M by beam L, so that a movement amount of the optical mouse M is correctly calculated. !
