PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture improved in general versatility. ! SOLUTION: A fixture body 1 has an opening part 111 at its one end. A light source unit 2 is disposed at the side of the opening part 111 inside the fixture body 1. An emergency power source 4 is disposed at a side opposite to the opening part 111 inside the fixture body 1, and delivers electricity in a case of power outage. A power source device 3 charges the emergency power source 4 via the outside power source in a condition where the outside power source is normally supplied, and lights the light source unit 2 via the emergency power source 4 when the outside power source breaks down. The light source unit 2 includes: an LED chip 21; a lens 22 controlling light distribution of light emitted from the LED chip 21; and a heat-releasing member 24 releasing heat generated at the LED chip 21.
