PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage circuit which can improve rise characteristics. ! SOLUTION: A reference voltage circuit 101 includes a bandgap reference circuit 1, a comparator 2, and a start-up circuit 3. The comparator 2 compares an output voltage Vref of the bandgap reference circuit 1 with a predetermined voltage V1 set to a value lower than a desired reference voltage.
