PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem when the remarkable sanitary deterioration and environmental pollution are caused by floating and decaying the dead body of this abandoned animal such as a pig in a downstream part of a river, due to being put in a present state of abandoning in the river without being disposed of in a site, since the number of animals such as the pig of dying by an infectious disease is numerous, though landfilling-disposing of the dead body of the animal such as the pig dead by the infectious disease in the site, in pig farming business of a Chugoku mountain part.SOLUTION: An animal meat-fish meat grease recovery system comprises a rectangular solid-shaped container capable of storing oil, that is, oil heating means capable of heating the oil and capable of controlling the temperature in the rectangular solid-shaped container, and comprises carrying means composed of a pair of upper-lower meshes capable of traveling at a desired speed in liquid of the oil stored in the rectangular solid-shaped container, and can recover grease included in animal meat-fish meat by carrying-heating while inserting the animal meat including the grease between the meshes of the carrying means by heating the oil stored in the rectangular solid-shaped container to the constant temperature by the oil heating means. |
