PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt driving device that can avoid the situation where an endless belt slides in the axial direction of a roller while eliminating the need of a separate space without causing a significant increase in cost, and an image forming apparatus including the device.SOLUTION: An endless belt driving device includes: an endless belt; a roller 81 around which the endless belt is wound; and a cleaning member 70 that is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt to clean the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt. The roller 81 has a columnar center part 81A, and end parts 81B located on both sides of the center part 81A and reduced in diameter toward both end sides. The pressure of the cleaning member 70 against the end parts 81B is larger than the pressure of the cleaning member 70 against the center part 81A.
