PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian collision sensing system whose sensitivity has been upgraded. ! SOLUTION: In the present invention, a chamber 16 acting as a sensor is protected with a protection member 20. The protection member 20 includes a first plate-like part 20A that protects the face of the chamber 16, a second plate-like part 20B that protects the back of the chamber 16, a third plate-like part 20C that protects the top of the chamber 16, and a fourth plate-like part 20D that protects the bottom of the chamber 16, and is shaped like a bag as a whole. Accordingly, since the face and back of the chamber 16 are protected with the first plate-like part 20A and second plate-like part 20B respectively, uniform compression and deformation of the chamber 16 is realized in case of a collision. !
