FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: device comprises the housing with the central through passage channel connected to the bottom of the shaped overlapping mechanism and fitted from above with the head under the fishing tool, the hole displaced in the radial direction and the top face ledges for unscrewing, the valve seat with the overflow channel installed in the central channel of the housing, fixed in transport position using the temporary destructed connection and implemented with a possibility of fixing in working position by means of a spring centraliser and overlapping of overflow channels. The valve seat is inserted into the central channel with a possibility of rotation and interconnection of the housing hole with the overflow channel of the valve seat in transport position. From below the valve seat is fitted with the radial ductules implemented with a possibility of interaction with a well face before rotation and switching of the seat into the working position.EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.3 dwg
