A method for the in vitro immunisation of human B lymphocytes, comprising culturing a total mononuclear cell population of human peripheral blood in the presence of an antigenic composition comprising at least one antigen covalently bonded to both: (i) a Tat protein or a Tat fragment capable of oligomerisation and (ii) a ligand of a surface molecule specific to the antigen presenting cells; a method for producing antigen-specific human antibodies derived from said in vitro immunisation method.
