<p>Disclosed is a railway freight car car-coupler buffer comprising a car coupler, a coupler yoke fixedly connected to the car coupler, a traction buffer unit arranged within the coupler yoke, and a compression buffer unit connected to the bottom of the coupler yoke. Also, the traction buffer unit comprises multiple pairs of stacked traction buffer unit bodies; first positioning grooves and first positioning protrusions that fit with each other are provided on the contact surfaces of the traction buffer unit bodies in each pair of traction buffer unit bodies. Because the traction buffer unit is in a compressed state when providing a buffering effect, and the first positioning protrusions on the traction buffer unit bodies are embedded into the first positioning grooves during a compression process, lateral movement cannot be generated among the traction buffer unit bodies, as such, the entire buffer unit can only move in the longitudinal direction. This effectively prevents the buffer unit of the car-coupler buffer from generating a lateral movement while moving in the longitudinal direction, thus effectively preventing the car-coupler buffer from being damaged.</p> |
