PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive ink not having an ink residue on a liquid-repellent part, even when forming wiring having a wiring width of 50 μm or less by being printed on a lyophilic liquid-repellent pattern, and to provide a production method of a substrate with a conductor suitable for forming highly reliable wiring not having an ink residue on the liquid-repellent part.SOLUTION: A conductive ink 4 contains a dispersion solvent including a main solvent which is a water-insoluble organic solvent and an addition solvent having a boiling point exceeding a boiling point of the main solvent and having a surface tension of 35-73 dyn/cm at 20°C, and hydrogenated copper fine particles dispersed into the dispersion solvent.
