PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet food composition having characteristics of a dry food composition.SOLUTION: A method of fabricating a wet food composition includes: a step of creating meat emulsion; a step of processing the meat emulsion to form a meat emulsion chunk; a step of pulverizing the meat emulsion chunk; a step of mixing pulverized chunk with approximately 1% to approximately 10% of one type or a plurality of binders; and a step of pressurizing and shaping a mixture of the pulverized chunk and the binders to form a wet food composition having water content higher than 45% and characteristics of a dry food composition. |
