PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification device sending air softly to a user to improve comfort while reducing noise during blowing.SOLUTION: An air purification device 10 houses a light source 14, a photocatalyst member 16 and a blower 18 inside a casing 12. The device purifies the air passing through the photocatalyst member 16 by ultraviolet irradiation from the light source 14, and circulates the air from a main body 20 of the casing 12 to a diameter expansion part 22 under the drive action of the blower 18. The air is sent out from a blowing port 86 of the blower 18 to a derivation chamber 64. Since air flow is split and dispersed by colliding with the inner peripheral face of a peripheral wall 46, an air flow rate is properly lowered. Accordingly, a blowing noise generating when the air is blown from a blowout port 52 into a chamber is prevented. |
