PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system capable of managing store aisles on the basis of taken images of a store.SOLUTION: The computer system has a camera for imaging a store floor; and a computer connected to the camera. The computer extracts a customer's position and an emotion of the customer at the position on the basis of images of the customer on the store floor taken by the camera to manage most extracted customer's emotion on the aisle where the customer has positioned as a piece of aisle information.
