1. A non-cyanide gold plating bath comprising:
gold ions; and as a main complexing agent, at least one compound selected from the group consisting of 2-mercaptoacetamide, 2,2′-bis-acetamide disulfide, 2-thiophenecarboxamide, rhodanine, 2,4-thiazolidinedione, 2-thiophenecarboxilic hydrazide, rhodanine-3-acetic acid, 1,4-benzothiazin-3-one, 3,5-dimethyl-1-(2-thienylcarbonyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole, N-phenyl-2-(phenylthio)acetamide, N-phenyl-1-benzothiophene-2-carboxamide, 6-aminopencillanic acid, and tiopronin. |
