PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit module which can prevent deterioration in receiving sensitivity of a satellite positioning system caused by a leakage signal of a high-frequency signal concerning mobile telephone communication, and which has the small size and a high packaging density. ! SOLUTION: A circuit module comprises: an RFIC 400 in which a receiving circuit for processing a received signal concerning GPS which is one of a satellite positioning system and a transmitting/receiving circuit for processing a high-frequency signal concerning mobile telephone communication are integrated and mounted on one principal surface of a circuit board 600; GPS front-end components; and a mobile telephone front-end component. The mobile telephone front-end component is mounted on the one principal surface of the circuit board 600 and at least one (second bandpass filter 240) of the GPS front-end components is embedded in the circuit board 600. !
