PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray which can accommodate and carry one or more diaphragms in a small space, and can accommodate a diaphragm having top and bottom surfaces in a particular direction.SOLUTION: A hole for accommodating a part is provided on a top surface of a tray. The hole includes an inclination extending toward the center of the hole, a side face wall part extending from the end of the inclination toward the opposition to the inlet of the hole, and a hole bottom. The side face wall part is formed perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the hole bottom. A length of the side face wall part of the hole in a hold depth direction is smaller than a height of an edge portion of an accommodation part. |
