<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for alleviating a scalp trouble and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a composition which comprises: a first extract obtained through hot-water extraction of Chrysanthemum, Thuja orientalis L., Viticis fructus, Cnidium officinale Makino, Angelica dahurica Bentham, Asarum sieboldii, Moru bark, Eclipta prostrata L., Houttuynia cordata, Saururus chinensis, Ulmus pumila, Pleuropterus multfloru, and espinosilla; and a second extract obtained through distilled extraction of Mentha arvensis var., rosemary, chamomile, nettle and Verbena. The cosmetic composition for alleviating a scalp trouble according to the present invention does not cause skin allergies, is not toxic to keratinocytes and has excellent skin soothing effects on scalp inflammation, thus having an effect of soothing a damaged skin.</p> |
