<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mortar placing system for calculating an index capable of appropriately indicating quality of placed air mortar. <P>SOLUTION: The air mortar placing system includes: a batcher plant for forming sludge-like mortar; a foaming unit for sending out foaming diluent and air from an air compressor; a foaming cylinder for mixing the foaming diluent and compressed air to generate foam; a mortar conveyance pump for mixing the mortar and the foam and sending out them; a mortar flow meter; an air mortar flow meter; an air mortar management unit for collecting the weight of the mortar, a mortar flow rate, a flow rate of the foaming diluent, a flow rate of the compressed air and a flow rate of the air mortar at a fixed time interval and storing them into a memory card; and a personal computer for editing measured values recorded in the memory card and preparing an air mortar placement result table. In the air mortar placement result table, a wet density which is the ratio of the weight of the air mortar to the volume of the air mortar is indicated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
