<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic reproduction head of low noise and a magnetic recorder including the magnetic reproduction head. <P>SOLUTION: A detection section 1 has a structure laminated by a non-magnetic conductor 14 having a large spin orbital interactive action, an insulating barrier layer 13, an anti-ferromagnetic conductor 12 and a magnetic conductor 11 to be a free layer in this order on a non-magnetic conductor 3. The magnetic conductor 11 to be the free layer is laminated together with the anti-ferromagnetic conductor 12 to make an anisotropy field larger than a magnetic conductor single body by an exchange coupling of the magnetic conductor and the anti-ferromagnetic conductor 12, thereby lowering mag-noise of a spin accumulation element. The detection section 1 has the structure laminated in the order to obtain a high Tunneling Anisotropy Magneto Resistance (TAMR) effect, thereby adding the TAMR effect to output voltage of the spin accumulation element. Further, the non-magnetic conductor 14 acts as a spin sink to increase spin electron amount flowing into the detection section 1, thereby increasing output voltage of the spin accumulation element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
