The present invention relates to a poly vinyl compound (PVC) based composition and, more specifically, a PVC based composition, which has good points of reducing a gelling-time by increasing compatibility with a PVC resin and increasing productivity under the same processing conditions by decreasing load when being extruded and processed while partly having substitution effects of impact modifier by using internal plasticizing PVC copolymers manufactured through suspension polymerization in the PVC resin.
