摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change evaluation method, by which change in a structure of an aqueous sample can be accurately measured by a simple method in a short time without requiring a pretreatment or a reagent. <P>SOLUTION: The change evaluation method irradiates a sample containing biogenic molecules and other aqueous organic polymers with a microwave, detects the microwave dielectric absorption behavior of the sample absorbing the microwave, and thereby evaluates change in the structure of the sample. The method includes preparing a microwave generation source generating a microwave in a frequency range from an L-band to an S-band, placing the sample at the center of an electric field generated by the microwave radiating from the microwave generation source, and detecting the microwave dielectric absorption behavior of the sample absorbing the microwave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
