The present invention relates to a 900 MHz / 2.4 GHz dual-band integrated RFID system for smart management comprising: a 900 MHz / 2.4 GHz dual-band integrated RFID reader system having a directional channel to recognize a dual-band active tag by equipping a 2.4 GHz antenna and a 900 MHz antenna, respectively, in each direction of the directional channel to manage the active tag in a yard environment, a warehouse environment, and underneath of a railroad car; a dual-band active tag having the function of charging by radio to supplying a DC voltage by charging by radio in the 900 MHz band; a tag collector having a function of a wireless charging. The 900 MHz / 2.4 GHz dual-band active RFID system comprises a system rotating body rotating 90 degrees and a motor to recognize the tag in region of the shadow by the beam-forming. More specifically, the invention is used in a mobile RFID inventory examination device for examining the inventory of items by using the RFID tag, recognizing the tag information of the tag attached to an item by a mobile antenna for inventory inspection, which has a free movement to manage stocking and releasing an item in a warehouse, manage a library, and control entrance and exit and a fixed shelf antenna. Accordingly, the invention has an effect to obtain the tag information easily from the item which a tag attached to and is loaded in a warehouse, a storage, and a warehouse store, etc., and there is an effect to be able to read the tag information which the obtained tag information is sent to a server through the internet communication network and is analyzed.
