The present invention relates to a personalized cognitive ability improving method using a touch screen and, more specifically, a personalized cognitive ability improving method using a touch screen, which enables people who suffer from mental disability and dementia to use familiar materials and accordingly to get good personalized learning process or therapy wherein the method using the touch screen enables the people to get trained or therapy for cognitive ability by using a computer without moving in a learning or therapy process or get trained for writing ability or get activity on the table.
