The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising rosuvastatin and ezetimibe. More specifically, the present invention has effects in improving quality such as mixing homogeneity or the like due to a reduction in a density difference between two ingredients inside a medicine, wherein two active ingredients representing different physical properties are added with hydroxypropyl cellulose as a specific bonding agent and other pharmaceutical diluting agents, thereby manufacturing a medicine with one purification through a wet granulation and post-mixing process.
