<p>Disclosed are a bumper beam unit for a vehicle, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to manufacture a bumper beam for a vehicle comprises: a pre-piercing step of piercing holes along a certain shape such that a cutting part having a shape can be formed on a panel on positions corresponding to a lower side of the front and rear surfaces on both ends of a molded bumper beam as a coil in an uncoiled state has been straightened by a flat panel; a roll forming step of molding the panel with holes into a shaped beam with a closed section via roll forming molding by a roll forming unit composed of a multistage roll former such that the holes can be placed at regular intervals on the lower sides of the front and rear surfaces; a cutting step of forming cutting parts on the lower sides of the front and rear sides on both ends of a unit bumper beam by cutting the shaped bumper beam using the unit bumper beam to correspond to the center of the holes formed on the lower sides of the front and rear surfaces of the shaped beam after the roll forming step; a cutting part bonding step of forming the lower sides on both ends of the bumper beam into an inclined surface, which is obliquely inclined upwards, by folding upwards the lower surfaces on both ends corresponding to the cutting part formed on the lower sides of the front and rear surfaces on both ends of the unit bumper beam, and bonding the same to the front and rear surfaces respectively; and a stay bonding step of bonding a stay to the rear surface on both ends of the bumper beam corresponding to the inclined surface via a stay bracket.</p> |
