The invention relates to a coating material with fireproofing properties, said material comprising a coating material for coating according to prior art and an admixture of Urticaceae extracts, hemp extracts and alkaline earth metal oxides. The coating material according to prior art can be a powder for powder-coating, a wet coating, or a comparable coating material. The fireproofing properties of said coating material are improved by the admixture. A nettle extract is the preferred choice of Urticaceae extract. |
