PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus.SOLUTION: A mixing apparatus (1) includes a mixing container (2) having: a jacket (4) surrounding an inside (3); an outer covering having a protruding bottom part (5) and a lid (6); and a stirring means (7) and a discharge port (8) which are arranged on the mixing container (2). At least one container opening (9) having a quick fit connector is arranged on the lid (6) arranged on a surface opposite to the bottom part (5), the stirring means (7) is introduced into the bottom part of the inside (3) from a side surface or an upper part, and the discharge port (8) including a bottom part discharge valve (10) is arranged at the center of the bottom part (5). The mixing apparatus (1) includes internal coating for reducing adhesion. The outer covering includes a temperature control jacket. Handles (12) and rollers (13) for conveying the mixing apparatus are arranged on the side parts of the mixing container (2).
