PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater treatment system that appropriately combines a gutter block having a cable storage function with a rainwater penetration facility that lets rainwater penetrate into the ground, for enhancing rainwater treatment capability more, along with workability of the rainwater penetration facility. ! SOLUTION: A rainwater treatment system comprises: a plurality of gutter blocks 10 having a water discharging space 14 in an upper tier and a cable storage space 15 in a lower tier, arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of a road; a catch basin 20 juxtaposed to the gutter blocks 10 on one side in the transverse direction of the road and connected to the water discharging space 14; and a water-permeable bypass duct 30 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the road and offsets toward the same side in the transverse direction with respect to the gutter blocks 10, having the end in the extension direction connected to the catch basin 20. !
