PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily collect a silicon powder having an equalized particle diameter. ! SOLUTION: A silicon plate (S) is ground with a grinding stone (28) while a working liquid is supplied, and the ground silicon powder (P) is mixed into the working liquid to produce a silicon mixed liquid (L). Subsequently, electricity is applied between negative electrode plates (61) and an endless belt (68) disposed in a water storage tank (52) storing the silicon mixed liquid (L). The silicon powder (P) is collected on the endless belt (68) by electrophoresis due to the electricity application. Subsequently, the moisture of the collected silicon powder (P) is removed. !
