摘要 The present invention relates to a method of preparing fried grasshoppers, comprising the steps of: collecting and organizing grasshoppers, including: leaving the grasshoppers in a container for 12 hours so that excretions can be drawn out from the grasshoppers, washing the grasshoppers in hot water, steaming the grasshopper in a steamer for 30 minutes, drying the grasshopper steamed under a windy shadow place for 12 hours, cutting the wings from the grasshoppers, and storing under freezing conditions, or cooking immediately, the grasshoppers; putting sauce for the fried grasshoppers, including: putting 200 gram of the grasshoppers and 15 gram of soy sauce or yoen-du (a new kind of soy sauce)sin a heating container and heating under low temperature for 5-6 minutes to mix soy sauce until moisture is removed on the grasshoppers; first frying with cooking oil, including: putting cooking oils on a frying pan, heating under high temperature, putting the grasshoppers mixed with sauce, and frying and mixing the grasshoppers for 10 minutes with the frying pan tilted so that oil exists on only one side of the frying pan at the time; second frying with perilla oil, including: putting perilla oil on the grasshoppers fried with cooking oil and heating for 5 minutes until the grasshoppers are turned yellowish red; and finishing fried grasshoppers, including: removing heat from the frying pan and adding half a spoon of sugar to the grasshoppers.
