<p>A rocker arm (100) for engaging a cam (102), comprising an outer arm (120) having a first end, a second end, a first and second outer side arm; an inner arm (122) disposed between the first and second outer side arms, the inner arm having a first end, a second end and a cam contacting surface disposed between the first end and the second end, the first end of the inner arm pivotably secured to the outer arm the second end of the inner arm defining a latch bore; a latch (200) having a body that defines a channel (212) formed therein; a sleeve (210) having a generally cylindrical inner and outer surfaces (215, 211), the outer surface a least partially engaging the inner arm at the latch bore, the inner surface at least partially engaging the body of the latch, the sleeve having an orientation pin opening (217); and an orientation pin (221) extending through the sleeve opening and extending into the channel of the latch, the orientation pin configured to restrict rotation of the latch about the axial direction.</p> |
