FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of ensuring safety when reloading ampoules with bundles of spent fuel elements of an RBMK-1000 reactor into rabbits, and is intended for use in a rabbit assembling chamber of a dry storage or at an atomic power station as an emergency tool. The apparatus comprises, mounted in the rabbit assembling chamber, an electromechanical manipulator with a clamp mounted in a head which repeats the shape of the ampoule cover, extensible grips controlled by a rod and mounted on an axle between bushing cheeks. A bushing is mounted on the axle placed between fork cheeks, arranged perpendicular to the bushing cheeks. The fork is provided with a tailpiece mounted in the head, while allowing the fork to rotate. The extensible grips have a height greater than the height of the tailpiece of the bundle of fuel elements extending outside the housing, and are provided with radial sponges, the diameter of which, in a rolled up position, is equal to the outer diameter of the housing tube.EFFECT: enabling remote engagement and raising of fallen ampoule housings which are in a horizontal position.4 cl, 4 dwg |
