The composition comprises: (a) hydrophobic colloidal particles; (b) first hydrolyzed quaternary silane having four hydroxyl ligands and/or its oligomer; (c) second hydrolyzed quaternary silane having at least two hydroxyl ligands and at least one hydrophobic ligand and/or its oligomer; and (d) solvent.</p>
