FIELD: physics, computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used in automation of technological processes of processing textile materials in periodic-action technological machines. An apparatus for controlling the duration of cycles of processing textile material in a technological machine comprises series-connected master unit, control unit, driver and working member, as well as a sensor for detecting a mark on the seam of the textile material, a switch and an integrator which is connected by the output to the first input of the switch. The apparatus further includes a pulse former, a device for measuring a value which is functionally associated with linear speed of the textile material, a logic NOT element and a delay unit, wherein the second output of the drive is connected to the first input of the device for measuring a value which is functionally associated with linear speed of the textile material, the second output of which is connected to the output of the logic NOT element, and the output is connected to the first input of the integrator, the second input of which is connected to the output of the delay unit, wherein the output of the sensor of the marker is connected through the pulse former to the input of the logic NOT element, the input of the delay unit and the second input of the switch, connected by the output to the input of the master unit.EFFECT: circuit improves operating speed and accuracy of controlling duration of cycles of processing textile material in a technological machine.1 dwg |
