<p>Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an unit panel of a water tank comprising: a step of inserting a first insulation with a thickness of 15-20 mm wherein a first air cap and a first aluminum sheet are stacked and integrated inside a lower mold having at least one lower embossing part, and inserting the first aluminum sheet to be located on an upper part; (b) a step of coating the first aluminum sheet with an urethane molten resin, and coating it with the urethane molten resin to form an urethane resin layer with a thickness of 10-20 mm on the entire surface of the first aluminum sheet; (c) a step of locating a second insulation at a thickness of 15-20 mm wherein a second air cap and a second aluminum sheet are stacked and integrated on the top of the urethane resin layer, and locating the second aluminum sheet to be surface contacted with the entire surface of the urethane resin layer; (d) a step of pressing it for 5-7 minutes at a pressure of 120-150 kg/cm^2 by lowering an upper mold arranged in the upper part of the lower mold, and having at lest one upper embossing part inside, and forming an insulation panel wherein the first and second insulations are attached and integrated with both surfaces of the urethane resin layer and forming at least one embossing in the insulation panel at the same time; and (e) a step of integrating the insulation panel with the metal panel by forming a second embossing combined with the first embossing and fastening a metal panel in the same size with the insulation panel with one surface of the insulation panel by a fastening member.</p> |
