Provided is a manufacturing method of an anti-acid protective film for protecting a glass surface, which forms an uniform and hard adhesive layer between a PVC film and a PE film to completely bond the PVC film and the PE film so that the formation of creases is prevented on any film layer. In addition, an adhesive layer is formed on an opposite surface to an adhesive surface on which the PVC film and the PE film are bonded one another, the adhesive layer is formed to be uniform and to have proper viscosity such that peeling is easy and also, residue phenomenon of an adhesive is not generated during removal of the protective film after operation. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (S10) laminating a PVC film (21) and a release film (25) on one side of the release film (25) or the PVC film (21) by using an adhesive layer (24); (S20) attaching a PE film (23) on the other side of the PVC film (21) by using an adhesive layer (22); (S30) rewinding a protective film laminated by the step (S10) and (S20); and (S40) aging the protective film at temperatures of 40 to 60°C for about 2 to 4 days.
