According to the present invention, a winch for construction materials comprises: a lower frame having a movable wheel; a column installed upright on the lower frame to form a lifting path of a wire connected to a traction target; a winding device which is joined to the column and winds a wire to lift the traction target along the lifting path; a mount which is formed on the top of the column to allow the traction target to be mounted and varies the mounting angle; and a lower support installed on the lower frame to cover the outer circumference of a railing protrusion in order to fixate the lower frame.
