PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion machine for a ship, which makes a mounting area for electric equipment large and which comprises a bracket capable of forming a space facilitating access from the outside.SOLUTION: A first bracket 100 includes first and second support parts 110 and 120. The first support part 110 has a first side surface 110S on which an ECU 55 is mounted, and a second side surface 110T that is provided on the other side of the first side surface 110S. The second support part 120 is connected to a position away from both ends of the second side surface 110T in a view from a top surface.
