The present invention relates to a draft measuring apparatus of a ship, comprising: a floating measurement body having a camera and lighting to measure a draft mark; a fixated frame installed on a deck of a ship to be detached; a position adjustment unit installed on the fixated frame to guide the floating measurement body to the surface of the sea and to maintain the stable position of the floating measurement body; and a remote control part to control the operation of the floating measurement body. Therefore, the draft measuring apparatus of a ship accurately measures a draft mark of a ship at the front of the ship and vertically lowers the floating measurement body to the surface of the sea regardless of sea conditions caused by a tidal current in the daytime and nighttime, thereby preventing a delay in the measurement of a draft mark due to the sea conditions.
