PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup container with lid capable of suppressing the increase of internal pressure in heating. ! SOLUTION: In a cup container 1 with a lid comprising: a bottomed cylindrical cup body 2 whose opening 2a is sealed with a seal material 24; a lid body 3 being bonded to the cup body 2 and having a top wall part 22 covering the seal material 24; and an opening member 33 which is disposed at the upper part of a first through-hole 31 formed at the top wall part 22 or disposed in the first through-hole 31 and where opening is performed by the breaking of the seal material 24, a sharp puncture body 61 is protruded toward the seal material 24 in the opening member 33. !
