<p>The present invention relates to an energy saving cooling and heating apparatus using human body detection to prevent unnecessary energy consumption by controlling and operating the cooling and heating apparatus when no human body is detected for a certain period of time. To achieve this, the energy saving cooling and heating apparatus (100) using human body detection comprises the steps of: a human body detection sensor (10) detecting a motion and heart rate of a human body to input the detection data to a control part (50); a temperature setting part (20) inputting data to set an indoor temperature to the control part (50); a time setting part (30) inputting data to set the time of a human body detection mode to the control part (50); a setting mode selection part (40) inputting data to set a normal mode and the human body detection mode to the control part (50); the control part (50) measuring a human body detection state to input the measurement to a determination part (60); the determination part (60) determining whether a human body is detected or not to input the determination to an interface (70); the interface (70) controlling and operating the cooling and heating apparatus (100) through an application on a smartphone (300) or a management office (200); and the interface (70) turning on a going out or a standby mode of the cooling and heating apparatus (100), and blocking the operation of the cooling and heating apparatus (100) by inputting the time of the human body detection mode outputted by the determination part (60) to a switching part (80).</p> |
