The present invention relates to a voltage controlled oscillator. The voltage controlled oscillator includes a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) part which outputs a voltage which corresponds to a voltage level selected among equally divided voltage levels between a first voltage and a second voltage which is lower than the first voltage, a two-step ring VCO part which includes a first and a second delay cell, and a voltage regulator part which converts a voltage outputted from the DAC part into a constant voltage and supplies a setting voltage of setting a frequency range to the VOC part. According to the present invention, provided is a wideband dual-tuned ring voltage controlled oscillator capable of controlling a voltage to frequency gain (KVCO).
