This exhaust gas treatment catalyst comprises a titanium oxide, a tungsten oxide, a vanadium oxide, a copper oxide, and/or a Cu/zeolite coat catalyst and is provided with a nitrogen oxide removal function for reducing nitrogen oxide within exhaust gas via contact under the presence of ammonia and a CO/VOC removal function.
