A recovery system used primarily for recovering liquid rocket engines for the purpose of reusing or repeatedly reusing same in the first stage (stage-and-a-half) of a rocket. The technical result of the claimed invention consists in increasing the reliability of the recovery system. The technical result is achieved in that a rocket engine recovery system contains a capsule consisting of a protective base and a lateral casing; the capsule includes a parachute compartment and a compartment with a landing device, and the capsule is affixed to the load-bearing frame of an engine; at least one stabilizing parachute; at least one primary parachute; at least one landing device; the compartment with the landing device is located in the protective base of the capsule; the initiation of parachute-release systems, landing device inflation and soft-landing engine startup is carried out using the simplest of automatic devices. |
