摘要 The present invention relates to a red pepper paste with added subcritical extract of Phellinus linteus and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising the steps of washing soybean, Salicornia herbacea and Phellinus linteus to remove foreign materials; drying the washed Salicornia herbacea and crushing the same into 100~200 mesh; and manufacturing subcritical extract of Salicornia herbacea by extracting the crushed Salicornia herbacea per 1 g with use of 10-40 ml of distilled water under conditions like 0.5-5 MPa pressure and 100 to 210 degree Celsius for 1 to 2 hours and leading to completion subcritical extract of Salicornia herbacea.
