PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ionization metal liquid which enables various kinds of nutritional components to bind to various kinds of metals, and to provide a method for binding a metal to a nutritional component using the ionization metal liquid produced by the method concerned.SOLUTION: The method comprises mixing with main raw materials (fruit of Eriobotrya japonica, fruit of Japanese apricot, fruit of Prunus armeniaca L., and leaf of Eriobotrya japonica), secondary raw materials (egg shell, pearl, coral, shell), and powders or a foil body of a subject metal, putting into water, heating to sterilize until it boils, then transferring to a fermentation tank after cooling, adding Koji, performing primary fermentation while maintaining the temperature at 41-42°C, subsequently adding organic-acid-producing fungi together with adding water into the fermentation tank, performing secondary fermentation to mature, transferring the secondary fermented material within the fermentation tank to a metal container, heating to sterilize, and subsequently cooling and filtering. |
