PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool in which enlarging of a device body in the radial direction of an electric motor can be suppressed. ! SOLUTION: A driver 10 is provided for driving a tip tool 42 by power of an electric motor 12, and comprises: a casing 11 provided with the electric motor 12; a driven gear 39 and a spindle 40 arranged eccentrically to an output shaft 30 of the electric motor 12 and transmitting power of the output shaft 30 to the tip tool 42; and a power source circuit unit 17 arranged inside the casing 11. An arrangement area of the driven gear 39 and the spindle 40 overlaps at least partly an arrangement area of the power source circuit unit 17 in the circumferential direction with the output shaft 30 as the center. !
